A Legacy of Faith, Evangelism, and Discipleship
Rev. Frank Webb, Sr. was a devoted minister of the Gospel whose life was marked by a steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ, his family, and the calling God placed upon his life. For approximately 60 years, Rev. Webb served as a Church of God evangelist, preaching the Gospel and faithfully pointing people toward a relationship with Jesus Christ.
His ministry was never simply about standing behind a pulpit. It was about living out the faith he preached. Rev. Webb believed in the importance of knowing God's Word, sharing the Gospel, strengthening families, and helping others become faithful followers of Christ.
Alongside his wife, Reba Webb, he built a home rooted in faith, prayer, family, and service. Frank and Reba played an especially important role in the life of their grandson, Travis Flanders, helping raise him and giving him a foundation of faith that would continue shaping his life and ministry for decades to come.
The lessons Rev. Webb passed down were not limited to sermons. They were demonstrated through the way he lived, served, loved his family, and remained committed to the work of the Kingdom. His biblical wisdom and example influenced Travis's understanding of what it means to be a godly man, husband, father, disciple, and leader.
That legacy is why the ministry carries his name.
The Name Honors the Man. The Ministry Continues the Mission.
Rev Frank Webb Ministries of Georgia, Inc. was established not simply to honor the memory of Rev. Frank Webb, Sr., but to continue the mission that defined his life: sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, strengthening men and families, serving people in practical ways, and reaching the next generation.
Today, that mission continues through discipleship, men's ministry, prayer, community outreach, conferences, biblical teaching, and service to those in need.
Rev. Webb's earthly ministry may have belonged to another generation, but the seeds he planted continue to produce fruit. His legacy reminds us that faithful ministry is not measured only by how many people hear a sermon. It is also measured by the lives that are changed, the disciples who continue the work, and the generations that carry the Gospel forward.
The name honors the man. The ministry continues the mission. And all the glory belongs to Jesus Christ.
Travis & Layne Flanders
Carrying Forward a Legacy of Faith, Family, and Service
Travis and Layne Flanders serve together with a shared vision to carry forward the legacy of Rev. Frank and Reba Webb by helping people know Christ, grow as disciples, strengthen their families, and serve others with purpose.
Their heart for Rev. Frank Webb Ministries is rooted in the belief that ministry should reach beyond a church building and into everyday life. Together, they are passionate about discipleship, marriage and family, men's and women's ministry, Next Gen leadership, mentoring, and compassionate outreach to those in need.
Travis brings a background in pastoral ministry, youth leadership, men's discipleship, and mentoring, while Layne brings a passion for women, families, education, encouragement, and community outreach through Branches of Hope. As a couple, they believe some of the strongest ministry happens through relationships — walking alongside people, helping them grow in their faith, and equipping them to become who God has called them to be.
Their vision for Rev. Frank Webb Ministries is to honor the foundation laid by Frank and Reba while building a ministry that reaches future generations. They desire to create opportunities for people to be discipled, marriages to be strengthened, men and women to grow as godly leaders, young people to discover their purpose in Christ, and communities to experience the love of Jesus through practical acts of service.
Travis and Layne are married and share a blended family of six children. Their family, faith, and commitment to serving others are at the center of everything they do, and their desire is for Rev. Frank Webb Ministries to be a place where people are loved, equipped, encouraged, and sent out to make a difference for the Kingdom of God.
Born Out of a Calling.
Rev Frank Webb Ministries of Georgia, Inc. was founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that every person deserves to hear the Gospel, be discipled, and experience the love of Jesus Christ in a real and tangible way.
What began as a personal calling has grown into a multi-faceted ministry that reaches men, families, schools, and communities across Georgia and beyond — through prayer tents, outreach events, men's conferences, discipleship, and more.
We are not a church. We are a ministry that partners with churches, businesses, and individuals to extend the reach of the Kingdom of God wherever people are hurting, searching, or simply in need of hope.

The Gospel First
Everything we do flows from the Good News of Jesus Christ. The Gospel is not one part of our ministry — it is the foundation of all of it.
Discipleship
We believe salvation is the beginning, not the end. We are committed to helping people grow into mature, faithful followers of Jesus.
Family
Strong families build strong communities. We invest in marriages, parenting, and the next generation because the family is God's design.
Service
Faith without works is dead. We serve people practically — with food, prayer, presence, and whatever else is needed — because that's what Jesus did.

We are a praying ministry. We believe prayer changes things, and we are committed to seeking God in everything we do.

We hold ourselves to the standard of God's Word — in our finances, our relationships, our leadership, and our conduct.

The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man — born of a virgin, crucified for our sins, risen from the dead, and coming again.
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone — not by works, but by trusting in His finished work on the cross.
