Travis Flanders serves as Director of Rev. Frank Webb Ministries and has a deep passion for discipleship, men's ministry, Next Gen leadership, and helping people grow in their relationship with Christ. His ministry experience includes serving in youth ministry, pastoral leadership, leading small groups, and mentoring men through intentional discipleship.

Travis has a heart for reaching people where they are, encouraging men to become godly husbands and fathers, and equipping the next generation to live boldly for Christ. Through teaching, mentoring, outreach, and community service, he desires to help people move beyond simply knowing about Jesus to becoming committed followers of Him.

Travis is married to his wife, Layne, and together they have six children. Faith, family, discipleship, and serving others are at the center of his life and the mission of Rev. Frank Webb Ministries.

Brandon Banks serves on the Board of Directors for Rev. Frank Webb Ministries as Director of Organization. He brings a strong background in ministry leadership, with experience serving the next generation, leading youth ministry, and mentoring others through discipleship.

Brandon has a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Christ and for developing young people into confident, faithful leaders. Through teaching, mentoring, and personal investment, he seeks to encourage others to live out their faith with purpose and consistency.

Brandon is married to his wife, Hannah, and they have three children. Faith, family, discipleship, and serving others are central to his life and ministry.

Blake Coughlin serves on the Board of Directors for Rev. Frank Webb Ministries as Director of Finance. Beyond his financial leadership, Blake has a passion for discipleship and investing in the lives of others through leading small groups, serving the next generation, and mentoring others in their faith.

Blake believes strongly in walking alongside people, encouraging them in their relationship with Christ, and helping equip the next generation to become faithful leaders. His heart for service, mentorship, and stewardship reflects his desire to use his gifts to make a lasting impact in both the church and the community.

Blake is married to his wife, Rea, and they have two children. Faith, family, and serving others are at the center of his life and leadership.

Anderson Mills serves on the Board of Directors for Rev. Frank Webb Ministries as Director of Communications. He has a strong passion for discipleship, leadership, and serving others, with experience leading couples through Re|Engage, men's small groups, and youth ministry.

Anderson has a heart for giving back and making a meaningful difference in his church and community. He is committed to helping people grow in their faith, strengthen their relationships, and become the leaders God has called them to be.

Anderson is married to his wife, Corrie, and they have two children. Family, faith, and service are at the center of his life and ministry.

Layne Flanders serves as the Director of Branches of Hope, a community outreach branch of Rev Frank Webb Ministries of Georgia, Inc. She has a heart for serving people in practical, meaningful ways and helping individuals and families experience compassion, dignity, and the love of Jesus Christ.

Through Branches of Hope, Layne helps lead outreach efforts focused on providing meals, serving those in need, supporting local families, and creating opportunities to build relationships and share the Gospel. She also has a special heart for serving and encouraging teachers, including teacher appreciation outreach, providing gifts and support to educators, and finding practical ways to let teachers know they are seen, valued, and prayed for.

Her vision for Branches of Hope is simple: meet needs, serve people well, encourage those who serve others, and point every opportunity back to the hope found in Jesus Christ.
